Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of wine and alcohol shipping regulations, all sales are final.
However, if your order arrives damaged, leaking, or flawed, we will gladly make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@tcellars.com with your order number and photos. Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:

Partially consumed bottles

Preference-based reasons (e.g., taste or style)

Weather delays, carrier delays, or failed delivery attempts

We take great care in every bottle we send and appreciate your understanding as a small, family-run winery.
FAQ: Missed delivery / adult signature
What happens if I miss my delivery?
All wine shipments require an adult signature. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the carrier will attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility for pickup. Please monitor tracking closely, as carriers may return packages after multiple failed attempts. Returned shipments and additional shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend shipping to a business address or a location where someone 21+ will be available to sign.
